Daily Anxiety does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics. Your anxiety data is yours, and only yours.
Daily Anxiety ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a personal wellness application designed to help you track and manage anxiety on a day-to-day basis. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle—and more importantly, how we do not handle—information in connection with your use of the App.
This policy applies to the iOS and iPadOS version of Daily Anxiety distributed through Apple's App Store. It satisfies the requirements of Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (§5.1), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws.
All content you create in the App — check-ins, mood ratings, trigger tags, breathing session history — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage (UserDefaults / Core Data on-device). It never leaves your device.
We do not collect, process, or transmit:
Because no data is collected from you, we have selected "No, we do not collect data from this app" in Apple App Store Connect's App Privacy section. Your App Store product page reflects this accurately.
The App stores the following data locally on your device, solely to provide its features:
This data is controlled entirely by you and by iOS. It is subject to iOS device encryption and the same security protections that Apple applies to all locally stored app data. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data from iOS Settings.
Daily Anxiety does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data-sharing SDKs (such as Firebase, Facebook SDK, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar services).
We do not share any information with third parties because we do not collect any information in the first place.
The App does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use Apple's AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework because tracking is not performed.
By using an iOS device and downloading apps from the App Store, you interact with Apple's services. Apple may collect certain standard operating data (such as App Store download records, crash logs submitted through iOS, or optional App Analytics) independently and in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. This data is collected by Apple, not by us, and we have no access to it.
If you opt in to "Share iPhone Analytics" in your iOS settings, Apple may receive anonymous diagnostics from the App. We do not receive this data.
Daily Anxiety is not directed at children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal data from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 either. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through this App, please contact us — though given our zero-collection architecture, this should not be possible.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full and exclusive control over it at all times:
Because we hold no data about you on our systems, there is no account to delete and no server-side request to make. Your data deletion is instant and complete via the steps above.
GDPR users (EU/EEA/UK): You have rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. All of these are exercisable directly on your device as described above. Given no personal data is processed by us, there is no legal basis for processing to withdraw.
California users (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information. No further action is required on your part.
Your data benefits from all security measures built into iOS:
We cannot access your data remotely. In the event your device is lost or stolen, your data is protected by your iOS device security settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes — for example, if a future version of the App introduces any data collection — we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the App or App Store release notes before those changes take effect.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your privacy in general, please contact us:
